Returns & Exchanges

At Ollie, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
